1. Who is responsible for your data?

The data controller is Elena Panzeri. VAT number: 03268480138. For privacy enquiries and to exercise your rights, email elenapanzerimakeupartist@gmail.com.

2. Information you provide

When you contact Elena, the information may include your name, email address, telephone number, event dates, preparation and event locations, services requested, party size and the details you choose to include in your message. Providing this information is voluntary, but Elena needs sufficient contact and event details to answer your enquiry or prepare a quotation.

When you select “Send enquiry”, your details are transmitted over HTTPS to Elena’s existing WordPress website at www.elenapanzeri.it, recorded in Formidable Forms and emailed to Elena. A confirmation email is also requested to the address you provide. No additional form delivery platform is used. Your email application does not need to open. Name, a valid email address and a telephone number are required. A short-lived security token, an anti-spam field and temporary hashed network identifiers help prevent automated and duplicate submissions. Technical connection data may also be recorded by WordPress, Formidable and the hosting provider.

Please include only information needed for your enquiry. Do not include payment card details or health information in the general enquiry form or virtual assistant. If information about allergies or sensitivities is needed for an appointment, Elena will arrange an appropriate way to discuss it separately.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Enquiries, quotations and bookings: to answer your request and take steps at your request before entering into a contract, or perform an agreed service (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• General correspondence: to respond to other relevant questions on the basis of the legitimate interest in managing professional communications (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Legal and accounting requirements: to comply with applicable legal obligations when a service is booked (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).
• Website operation and security: to deliver pages and media, prevent abuse and keep the service secure, on the basis of the legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

The site has no newsletter subscription, advertising pixels or marketing profiling configured. Enquiries are not used to subscribe you to marketing messages.

4. Technical browsing information

Serving a page involves processing technical information such as your IP address, the requested address, date and time, browser information and response status. This website runs on WordPress using Elena’s Aruba hosting. Enquiries are recorded in Formidable Forms in the WordPress database and are accessible to authorised administrators. Aruba processes the technical information needed to deliver and secure its hosting services; its applicable documentation describes that processing. Optional visitor analytics and advertising tags are not enabled by this website’s approved page templates.

Photos, the homepage video and fonts are served from the website itself. Social media, publication and virtual assistant links are external links, rather than embedded widgets that load those services when a page opens.

5. How long information is kept

Enquiries are kept only until they have been dealt with. If a quotation or proposal is not accepted, the enquiry is deleted. If you book a service, information needed to organise and deliver it is retained for that purpose; accounting and contractual records subject to a statutory retention obligation are retained for the legally required period. Information necessary for an actual legal claim may be retained for the duration needed to establish, exercise or defend that claim.

Technical information processed by hosting, delivery, security and email providers is subject to their applicable retention rules. The Cookie Policy describes the technical cookies used for WordPress administration.

6. Who may receive information?

Access is limited to Elena and, where necessary to organise your requested service, authorised collaborators in the EP Bridal Team. Service providers involved in website hosting, network security and email delivery may also process the information needed for their services. Elena uses a Gmail address for correspondence. Professional advisers or public authorities may receive information where required for legal, accounting or regulatory purposes.

7. External services and the virtual assistant

Choosing “Start a conversation” opens Elena’s virtual assistant on HeyGen. That conversation takes place on HeyGen, outside this website. Text, voice or other information you choose to provide there is processed by that service under its applicable terms and privacy policy. Please review the HeyGen Privacy Policy before starting a conversation.

Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and publication links also open external services only when selected. Their own privacy and cookie information applies on those services: Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and People / Dotdash Meredith.

8. International processing

Some of the providers named above operate internationally and may process information outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Their privacy documentation describes processing locations and the transfer mechanisms applicable to their services. Contact Elena if you would like information about the providers used for your enquiry or booking.

9. Your rights

Subject to the conditions in the GDPR, you may request access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and, where processing is based on consent, withdraw that consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Send your request to elenapanzerimakeupartist@gmail.com. Elena will normally respond within one month; where an extension is permitted, you will be informed of the reason and timing. You may also complain to the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali) or your competent supervisory authority.

This website does not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing with legal or similarly significant effects.
